(2) Credits are purchased in Korean Won (KRW) according to the Company's price schedule, in units of 5,000 / 10,000 / 30,000 / 50,000 / 70,000 / 100,000 credits.
(3) Credits are deducted when using the Company's paid features (AI editor review, AI in-depth feedback, AI text detection, plagiarism check, fact check, guideline review, direct messages, etc.).
(4) Credits may be used only from the user's own account and may not be transferred, lent, sold, or inherited.
(5) Credits do not expire and are not forfeited while the user's membership remains active. (2) Users may withdraw their subscription within 7 days of the purchase date (the date of receipt of the written contract terms). A full refund is available only if none of the credits from that purchase have been used. (Article 17(1), Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)

Where the statutory withdrawal under paragraph (2) applies (within 7 days and entirely unused), a full refund is made with no deduction.
